· Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business day of receiving your package. 

· Please email us at hello@birdieandcricket.com to start your return process. 

· Return shopping is customer's responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Birdie & Cricket. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. 

Once processed, your store credit will be emailed.  

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
